I fell into quilt making a few years ago when I was looking for something to busy my hands and still my mind alongside looking after my two young children. I haven’t stopped since - I love the infinite possibilities that come from exploring shapes, colours and textures, and I feel l that there are are few gifts more special than a comforting blanket containing thousands of tiny hand stitches.

I live in Bristol with my family, and I work from my home studio. I previously worked for many years in refugee care and I am still passionate about supporting displaced people. I carry on this work in my own small way through my kindness quilts.
